Common questions

My reminders don't show up

Check that notifications are allowed: iOS Settings → Notifications → HUPHUT.
A Focus mode or Do Not Disturb can hold them back.
Open HUPHUT once. The app plans your reminders four weeks ahead and refreshes them every time you open it.

I got a "Last call" notification

That means HUPHUT hadn't been opened for four weeks, so the coach stood down. iPhones don't let apps renew reminders on their own. Open the app and your reminders start again.

How do ranks work?

Your rank counts total workouts and never drops: Recruit → Private (3) → Corporal (10) → Sergeant (25) → Staff Sergeant (50) → Drill Sergeant (100).

Why does it say AWOL?

You've been away for a while. You keep your rank. One workout clears the tag.

How do I start over?

Use "Delete my file" in the app. After you confirm, it erases your rank, workout history and reminders. Your workout settings stay.

Does HUPHUT collect my data?

No. Everything stays on your phone. Details in the privacy policy.

Can I use it in landscape?

Not yet. HUPHUT is portrait only for now.

Is the coach really this rude?

The coach roasts effort and excuses. Never your body, your weight or who you are. If a line misses that mark, tell us and it goes.
